themselves whether it is a good idea to spend more
money than you make and you will get the same
answer 100% of the time...When the individual runs
into a budget crisis, no financial consultant
worth anything tells you to "spend your way out of
it"; their advice is to cut discretionary expenses
back (possibly to zero) and minimize your
necessary expenses where possible. Admittedly the
parallel between individual and government is not
a perfect one, but philosophically speaking there
is definitely something there that resonates...
